Alambiqueartesanal.com assumes no responsibility for delivery delays or the impossibility of making a delivery when such delays or the impossibility of fulfillment result from force majeure, acts of God, and, in general, any cause beyond and/or outside the control of Alambiqueartesanal.com. In the event that the courier company fails to deliver the item after three attempts to the User, the item will be returned to Alambiqueartesanal.com, and the item will be made available to the User at Alambiqueartesanal.com's offices (located at Vía Magna 6, Bosques de las Palmas, Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, Postal Code 52787) subject to availability. Alambiqueartesanal.com will be released from any responsibility regarding the delivery of the merchandise since it will be considered as a delay on the User's part in receiving the purchased item.
GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION
Deliveries of items only within Mexico. This website can only be used to purchase items that will be delivered to an address located in Mexico. However, Alambiqueartesanal.com reserves the right to not accept a Purchase Offer sent by any User without any responsibility to Alambiqueartesanal.com if it considers, at its sole discretion, that the delivery of the requested item is difficult due to the location of the delivery address requested by the User or the security, weather, or social conditions at the time.
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE ITEM
You are responsible for the loss, damage, or deterioration of your merchandise from the moment the merchandise is delivered. Merchandise is considered delivered when the courier company leaves it at the established delivery address, regardless of whether the recipient signs for it or not.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

EXCHANGE
The exchange of a product can only be arranged when an order does not match what was requested in the purchase order.
When this situation occurs, you should contact the online customer service department and provide photographic evidence before sending the order back to Alambiqueartesanal.com. As a guarantee, Alambiqueartesanal.com will cover the return and re-shipping costs to the customer.
However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you want to make a change, you can cancel it and place a new order.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be notified within a maximum of 24 business hours to Alambiqueartesanal.com's customer service department at soporte@alambiqueartesanal.com in order to initiate the processes. If a change or return is notified outside this time frame, it will not be accepted.
